Coffee Shop Listing Policy

Our whole reason for building and maintaining this site is to help coffee lovers find those unique, often eclectic coffee shops that are not part of a national or even regional chain. We also realize that some local shops are successful enough to branch out and have several retail outlets. So our policy regarding which shops we will list is simple - we will list any independently owned coffee retailer with up to six shops in their chain. Why six? We'll admit that this number is somewhat arbitrary, but in our experience any more than this and the shop ceases to have the "one of a kind" character that our readers are looking for.
